The information provided by Eat Well Meal Plans is provided for educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for medical nutrition therapy. For professional dietary advice, find a registered dietitian in your area; EatRight.org, the American Dietetic Association’s site, has listings.

All medical issues should be discussed with your physician. This intent of this website is to provide the most current scientific information available at the time of posting. If inaccurate information is discovered, a reasonable effort will be made to correct it.

TERMS OF SERVICE

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you may cancel it and request a refund within 14 days of the original date of the subscription. After the initial 14-day period, you are not eligible for a refund of any kind upon cancellation. If you cancel within the 14-day cancellation policy, your access to the website will be terminated immediately and a refund will be provided. We do not provide prorated refunds.

You will receive two reminders via email that your membership is near the expiration date. These will be sent 1 month and 14 days prior to your subscription renewal date.  To renew your subscription after it has expired, re-enter your information on the “subscribe now” page.
